SCOUTING REPORT
- We mentioned a couple of outfielders above but another young one coming through the program is OF Olin Hemingway (Walter Payton, 2023). Hemingway is a 5-foot-11, 160-pound, right-handed hitter with an open setup, leg-kick trigger, and repeatable swing. Made a lot of hard line-drive contact to the big part of the diamond and his arm flashed carry in the outfield from an over-the-top slot.

My Three Greatest Strengths
I will contribute to the college on and off the field and can thrive in any academic setting. I am very coachable and will do whatever it takes to win. Additionally, I am hardworking and immensely improve every year which allows myself to handle any role given to me. I enjoy talking with coaches and players and being part of a team.
Why a College Coach Should Recruit Me
I am looking for a tough, hardworking baseball program which will allow me to prepare for a future in baseball and in life. Additionally, a program that is highly focused on academics, that continues the academic rigor of my current school (recently named the #4 public high school in the country).
Preferred Type of College Program
My strengths are my academic success, (with a 4.82 GPA taking all honors and AP classes), plus hard work and the ability to learn quickly. These strengths have helped me go from struggling in the outfield to starting as a sophomore on varsity and leading my conference in outfield assists (6) and outfield fielding percentage (.975)
